Ship Building Contest
Sunday, July 14th 12:00 PM • Pavilion Beach Come down and test your engineering skills! The Jaycees will provide duct tape, cardboard and Styrofoam, while the contestants provide the know-how. Saturday, July 20th 8:00 am to Noon • Tasting begins at 11:30 am • Pavilion The Chili & Salsa Cook-off is an annual favorite. Located in the Pavilion beer garden, contestants prepare their chili on their own outdoor grills. All food must be prepared on site. The cooking begins at 9:00 AM, with judging at 11:30 AM.
